Yoga is a wonderful practice to undertake to assist with upper and lower back aches and pains. Not only does it help to stretch and soothe our bodies to assist with the aches, it also allows us to become more in tune with our bodies, making us more able to identify where you have any imbalances.
Yoga for Weight Loss
First and foremost it is important that you understand this - yoga alone can not make you lose weight. It can assist in weight loss when combined with breathing techniques, a healthy diet and extra cardio fitness.
